You Eat Too Much?

You need some detoxifying for the body to accelerate cleaning process of metabolism. These adjuvant together with the right foods should be eaten for 2 weeks, every day. You will feel better after the first day, and towards the end of 2 weeks you can introduce foods that are not in the scheme, so that in the 3rd week to have your own style and you can resume to normal food.

Follow the 6 elements of the diet

1. Activated coal

* Fish - baked, grilled;
* Extra virgin oil, olive;
* Spices - salt, vinegar, naturally fermented soy sauce, cooking spices, honey;
* Tea - from herbs, those that do not contain caffeine;
* Drinks - lemonade, natural juices, soy milk and rice.

Foods not allowed to eat, if you want to feel good:

* Refined sugar;
* Eggs, milk, butter;
* White bread, pastry and other wheat products;
* Caffeine;
* Red meat;
* Alcohol;
* Chocolate;
* Fatty foods.
