Despite doctors using the cleansing for various medical procedures, such as colonoscopy, one conversation with them is all it takes to know that they don't recommend it for detoxification purposes. Their rationale is that the digestive system already does the job which the colon cleansing promises to do, so additional "help" is certainly not necessary. One major concern with the method is that the process excretes fluid from your body, thus rendering you dehydrated. Some simple precautions to remember when considering a colon cleansing is to check with your physician for any health problems, which might worsen with the cleansing; always be careful and certain that the practitioner uses new and disposable equipment; and, obtain a list of all of the ingredients that were used in the colon-cleansing products, for failure to do so might cause serious problems in the long run. A positive change should never be accompanied with negative implications.

Mixtures are used by many people when it comes to helping regrow their hair. There are different types of mixtures that have to be applied on the scalp and left there from 30 minutes up to 2 hours. There are mixtures of olive oil, egg yolk, coconut, black beans, lemon juice, and others. People seem to see that there is an effectiveness of combining many elements together in a mixture.

There are many problems that need solutions in the hair domain. Not only is the lack of results in the hair regrowth domain problematic but the hair loss is a problem too. It is known that there are many cures against hair loss but all treatments last for at least 6 months. Until we will discover some kind of magic pill that will change our lives, we should take care of our hair.
