Home remedies for Acne

I do not know if you knew, but insomnia is becoming more and more present on the list of medical diagnoses. Immediately after flu and headache, insomnia affects increasingly more people. Today we present some simple remedies that can help you to have a light sleep.

Routine

I repeat every time that you need to have at least 7-8 hours of sleep every night. Besides this, experts recommend you try to put you in bed at the same time every evening. This will help to set your “body clock”. All experts recommend you to wake up at about the same hour in the morning.

Listen to your body

The rule above (that with 7-8 hours of sleep per night) applies to most peoples, however, there are peoples who feel very well after 5 hours of sleep. If it`s 10 o`clock and know you have to go to bed, but still not succeed to sleep, try to do something: read a book, listen to music (relaxing), drink some tea. Sleep will not late to appear.

Bedroom = sanctuary

Eat in kitchen, watch TV in living room , take a shower in the bathroom, work in office , but when you get in the bedroom, forget about all this stuff. The bedroom is for sleep and … sex. Leave your worries at the door and use this room only for these purposes.

Prohibited foods

Try to minimize consumption of stimulants foods and drinks: coffee, cola, energy drinks, alcohol, chocolate or other foods containing caffeine. Neither nicotine is a friend with the sleep, so try to reduce cigarette consumption by evening.

Hours

Specialists believe that a messy work program can create insomnia. If today I work until 17:00, and at 22:00 I am in bed, and tomorrow just put my head on the pillow at 6 am, it could be the cause of your insomnia.

The decor

Insomnia is largely due to stress, that is why you must make sure your bedroom is comfortable. Redecorate, buy quality bedding, a pillow on your taste (softer, harder), put dark curtains at the window if you know that the light bothers you.

Accessories

If you do not support noise and light, you may purchase some very useful accessories during sleep: ear plugs and an eye mask.

A hot bath

A hot bath a few hours before sleep can do miracles. You can relax and clear yourself, both physical and psychological. Tip: Use care products with relaxing properties. A shower gel with lavender will help you to sleep easy and quiet.

Natural remedies

A cup of chamomile tea or valerian can help you to calm down and have a light sleep. Drink a cup 1-2 hours before going to bed.
