Hair loss can occur due to several reasons. However, it’s the heredity reason for hair loss that has been determined as the prime one. This sort of hair loss will pass from one generation to the next one. Genetic hair loss is most common for men. But there might be time when genetic hair loss may happen for women. Its will start from thinning of hair in women and for men the receding hair line will appear on the crown region of head. From scalp region the hair will start to become thin and then it will result into constant hair loss.



When you are coming across hair loss there are few measures that you can take to stop it to a great extent. You cannot take full control on hair loss if that is genetic. However, you can take few steps in order to control the overall speed and process for hair loss.

In this regard you need to avoid few foodstuffs. Foodstuffs like meat, poultry, fried food or pre-processed food available in the market, these are the prime ones that can make the right call for hair loss in both men and women. These are the foodstuffs, which contain high amount of saturated fat. Foodstuffs such as margarine, cheese and butter comprises of high amount of trans fat. These are the foodstuffs that can generate high cholesterol level to build up more amounts of fats. This will cause into less amount of oxygen passing through your blood vessels that connects directly to your scalp. Well, there are few other foodstuffs that can offer you monosodium glutamate which contain chemicals that will assist you in a great way to obtain more weight. It will enhance the appetite level. On the other hand it will cause different types of health related problems.
