1. Neem oil

Neem oil can be used as a treatment for various problems relating to skin for example scabies. It is because neem oil has many powerful properties such as antifungal  and antibacterial, which can reduce bacteria in skin. Furthermore, neem oil has a special smell that can inhibit the reproduction of scabies.

How to use:

·        Cover and massage your affected skin with pure neem oil.
·        Leave it on for some minutes before washing or bathing.
·        Repeat this remedy 1 time every day for some weeks.
   
     2. Neem leaves

Besides neem oil, neem leaves can also used as a treatment for scabies. Due to the properties such as antifungal and antibacteria, neem leaves can help you to decrease itching only after some days of using.

How to use:

·        Squeeze fresh neem leaves to get a paste then cover your affected skin with that paste.
·        Leave it on till it gets dry before rinsing off with water.
·        Repeat this remedy once every day to stimulate the healing growth.
·        Alternatively, you can drink the liquid extracted from neem leaves. To make its juice, boil neem leaves in a glassy of water then wait for it to cool down then take 1 tablespoon of it 4 times daily for 2 weeks to get the best results.

     3. Cayenne pepper

Cayenne pepper helps relieve the scabies because it can kill and burn mites.

How to use:

·        Add 1 cup of cayenne pepper to warm water.
·        Soak yourself in that warm water till it turns cold then wash carefully with water.
Note:
Do not let the water in your eyes because it gives you a burning sensation.
   
     4.  Zinc

Zinc is very useful to inhibit the growth of fungal as well as control the secondary skin infections, which contributes to treating scabies.
How to use:
·        Add some water to finely crushed zinc to get a thick paste. For better results, put some turmeric in the paste.
·        Cover the affected skin with this paste.
·        Wait for 30 minutes before washing it with warm water.
·        Follow this 1 time a day till you are satisfied with thw results.
·        You should add the foods that are abundant zinc to the daily diet such as wheat bran, whole grain products, soybeans, sunflower seeds, etc.

     5. Bleach

Another common choice to get rid of scabies is bleach, which can kill mites contributing to the disease.

How to use:

·        Add some bleach to the equal amount of water.
·       Spray the liquid on the affected skin 2 times every day for some days to see the improvement.

     6. Margosa oil

Margosa oil is considered as a treatment for some skin-related problems such as eczema, acne, etc and it is also useful to fight scabies. Due to antifungal and antibacterial properties, margosa oil can remove the dust mites, the cause of scabies.
How to use:
·        Grind some margosa leaves to get the paste.
·        Cover the affected areas with this paste.
·        Allow it to sit for some hours before rinsing it off with water.

     7.  Sulfur

Another effective home remedy to fight scabies is sulfur. It promote the process of healing scabies.
How to use:
·        Add 1 tablespoon of sulfur to 9 tablespoons of petroleum jelly.
